The 1967 911S cars were the first to have the extra horsepower, which was increased from 130HP to 160HP. This was a unique transition year for Porsche and as a result, one of the most unique 911s was produced. The 1967 S had one of the lightest chassis as well as a 2.0 liter “S” engine derived directly from its race program. This combination produced a true sport purpose car. Matching numbers.
